For any artwork sold during the exhibit, May 2-15, 2020, 
	The Wakefield Foundation, Inc. will require 20% of the
	selling price. Payment for artwork will be made directly 
	to the Foundation which will forward 80% of the selling price
	to the artist and arrange for the delivery of the artwork to
	the purchaser.

	LIABILITY- Utmost care will be taken in handling all artwork.
	The Wakefield Foundation, Inc. does not assume responsibility
	for loss or damage, including breakage.

If you know of anyone who may be interested, please duplicate this form
